Google reviews that don’t appear in Opinas

New reviews do not appear instantly in Opinas.
Opinas syncs Google reviews 3 times a day, throughout the day. So if a customer has just published a review, it may take a few hours to appear in the panel.
If the review appears on Google but still doesn’t appear in Opinas, wait for the next synchronization.
If it still doesn’t appear after one day, check that the Google account is connected correctly and that the selected business in Opinas is the right one.
