My customers leave reviews but they don’t appear on Google

If a customer says they left a review but it doesn’t appear on Google, it is usually because Google has filtered it, blocked it, or left it pending review.
This can happen for several reasons: a suspicious account, a review that is too generic, repeated content, links, inappropriate language, or because Google cannot properly verify the experience.
From Opinas, we cannot force Google to publish a review. The review process depends on Google, and in many cases, only the review author can check it from their own account.
