How to access the billing portal

You can access the billing portal from Subscription, by clicking Manage subscription.
The secure Stripe portal will open, where you can view and download your invoices, update your payment method, and manage your subscription.
To download an invoice, go to the payment history in the portal and select the invoice you want to download.
The portal link is temporary. If it expires, go back to Opinas and click Manage subscription again.
My payment failed, what should I do?
If your payment has failed, go to Subscription and click Manage subscription.
From the billing portal, you can retry the payment or update your payment method if the card has expired, has no funds, or the details are incorrect.
When the payment is processed correctly, your subscription will remain active. If the payment issue continues for several days, access to Pro features may be suspended.
