How to configure cards, stands, or displays with QR and NFC

When you receive an Opinas card, stand, or display with a printed QR code, you’ll need to activate it from the app before using it in your business.
Scan the printed QR code or hold your phone near the NFC, if the product also includes it. The setup link will open and you’ll be able to download the Opinas app if you don’t have it installed yet.
From the app, log in or create your account, register your business, and go to QR Codes. Tap Activate QR, allow camera access, and scan the printed code on the card, stand, or display.

Then select the business you want to link it to. You can also assign it to a specific employee so review requests are associated with that person.
Once activated, when a customer scans the QR code or uses the NFC, they’ll be sent to the corresponding page to leave their rating or review.
