If you have received a negative review while using the OPINAS smart filter, we recommend reading this article about the review filter first so you know exactly how it works.

This is how OPINAS helps you with the review removal process:

Free Plan
The Opinas Free Plan helps you identify which negative reviews may violate Google’s policies. These reviews can be reported to Google’s team for removal. You will need to complete the process manually.

PRO Plan
With the PRO Plan, you can leave the management of negative review removal in the hands of the OPINAS team, both for existing reviews and for any reviews that may appear in the future.

Our team analyzes, prepares and submits the claims for you, so you do not have to spend time or worry about the process.

✅ Claim management by the OPINAS team

As a PRO Plan subscriber, claim management for up to 12 negative reviews per year is included at no additional cost.

The process is simple and transparent:

  1. We detect the reviews with the highest probability of removal

OPINAS identifies the negative reviews that are most likely to be successfully reported.

  2. You decide which reviews you want to report

From your dashboard, you can review the selected reviews and choose which ones you want the OPINAS team to handle for you.

  3. Our team manages the claim

We prepare and submit the corresponding claim following the criteria and procedures of the platform where the review was published.

  4. Real-time tracking from your dashboard

You can check the status of each claim at any time: pending, under review, submitted, accepted or rejected.

  5. Final report after removal

When a review is removed, you will receive a report with the result of the management process and the details of the actions taken.

In addition, if new negative reviews appear during the year, the OPINAS team may act on them within the limit included in your plan.

Important: We do not guarantee the removal of any review. The final decision always belongs to Google.
