Team Ranking: what it is and how it works

The Team Ranking allows you to measure your employees’ activity and performance based on the review requests they generate.
Each employee has a unique identifier, such as a QR code, link, or NFC card, used to request reviews from customers. When a customer scans that code or uses that card, the interaction is associated with the corresponding employee and appears in the ranking.
This way, you can see which team members are generating the most requests, getting more reviews, and contributing the most to your business’s online reputation.

How to create employees and assign QR codes or cards
From the Team Ranking section, you can add new employees, edit their details, or delete them when needed.
When you create an employee, Opinas automatically generates a QR code and a personalized link that you can download and share.
If you have purchased Opinas NFC or QR cards, go to the QR Codes section to link each card to your business. Once linked, you can assign it to an existing employee or create a new employee during the process so the card is directly associated with them.
If you manage several businesses, remember to select the correct business first, since each one has its own team and identifiers.

How requests are measured
In Opinas, the ranking measures review requests, not reviews published on Google, because it is not possible to confirm whether the requested review was actually published, and you cannot incentivize an employee based on obtained reviews:

If you have the review filter enabled, a request is counted when the customer scans the QR code or NFC card and takes an action in the filter. If the filter is not enabled, one request is equal to one QR or NFC scan.
To prevent fraud or incorrect use by employees, Opinas stores the day and time of each scan. You can check this from QR Codes by opening the Scan history.
This allows you to review when each QR code was used and detect unusual behavior.
