Differences between assisted and automatic responses
With Opinas, you can generate responses to your Google reviews using AI.
Just click Generate AI response and Opinas will create a response adapted to the content of the review. This is an assisted response: the AI suggests a text, but you can review it, edit it, and make any changes you want before publishing it.
With Opinas PRO, you can generate unlimited AI responses and activate automatic mode.
The main difference is that, with assisted responses, you manually review and publish each response. In automatic mode, Opinas responds to reviews automatically based on the configuration you have set.

Improve responses
By default, the AI analyzes some of the business’s previous responses to keep a similar style and tone to the one you already use when replying to customers.
Also, when you generate an assisted response and publish it from Opinas, the AI learns from the changes you make before publishing it. This helps it better adjust the tone and style over time.
From the Improve response feature, you can add custom instructions so the AI takes specific information about your business into account when replying.
You don’t need to specify the tone of the response. The AI already tries to adapt to the business’s usual style. This feature is designed to add specific instructions that help the AI respond better in particular situations.
For example:
If you have a hotel and someone says the pool was closed, you can add an instruction like:
“The pool opening season is from May to September.”
Or if you have a restaurant and someone says there are not enough vegan options, you can add:
“If a customer mentions that there are few vegan options, reply that we are working on expanding our vegan menu and that new options will be available soon.”
These instructions help make responses more accurate, useful, and aligned with the real information of your business.
