How to activate and configure automatic responses

Automatic AI responses allow Opinas to reply to your Google reviews without you having to do it manually.
To activate them, you need Opinas PRO. From the automatic responses section, enable the Activate automatic AI responses switch.
Then, choose which reviews you want the AI to respond to. You can configure it to respond only to 4- and 5-star reviews or to other ratings, depending on how you want to manage your reputation.
You can also decide whether Opinas should respond to reviews without text, meaning ratings that only have stars and no written comment.
You can also use custom instructions to define how the AI should respond in specific cases. This is especially useful if you enable automatic responses for 1-, 2-, or 3-star reviews.
For example, you can add an instruction like:
“If the review has 1, 2, or 3 stars, ask the customer to email us at [email protected] with more details about their experience so our team can review the case and help resolve it.”
This way, even though responses are published automatically, they will still follow clear guidelines aligned with how you want to manage your customers’ feedback.
